Excellent Amenities and Convenient Location
central location quiet environment helpful staff japanese option
the location was superb I found many shops and restaurants nearby the hotel offered a quiet environment despite its central position the room had a traditional floor and nice windows I also used the onsen which was clean and well maintained they provided tattoo patches which was very considerate. the breakfast had a great selection of both japanese and western options the supermarket was conveniently close and accessible plus there was a 7 eleven nearby the staff was helpful and accommodating the hotel offers luggage forwarding service. the room was very clean and spacious the hotel provided all necessary amenities the geisha show was a good extra touch and i highly recommend attending it i had a great view of the city and mountains from my room on the 9th floor. laundry facilities were available it was very useful to monitor machines from my phone there was also a maiko performance one afternoon it was a nice cultural experience and i would return next time.

convenient location nishiki market comfortable bed infrequent cleaning low breakfast quality limited choice
the location was very convenient. it was close to nishiki market, retail stores and local antiques stores. the traditional design in the room was nice, and the bed was comfortable.
the cleaning was done every three days and they left a bag outside the door with towels, water, and coffee in between. on cleaning day, the towels were not changed and no water was left, which i found strange. the breakfast quality was not good with limited choices for both japanese and continental options.

Really good Experience in the City Center
spacious room comfy pajamas convenient location
The hotel room was spacious and clean. Pajamas provided were comfortable. I found the location convenient for exploring the city, particularly its proximity to many attractions and the train station.
The room had only a frosted window, making the space feel smaller than it actually was.

The breakfast buffet included many delicious options. I could select food based on my preferences. I also appreciated the excellent cappuccino available at the bar. The food was AMAZING!!!
